Bread Pudding

This is an innovative way to get rid of excess bread anytime of the year.

  • Bread which is a couple days old
  • evaporated milk
  • Melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • sugar
  • raisins

Preparation Time: 30 - 40 mins  |  Cook Time: 35 - 45 mins

Directions

Soak bread in water for a while then squeeze water from bread.
Put bread in a bowl than add evaporated milk, melted butter, eggs, tsp vanilla and sugar depending on sweetness you prefer. Add raisins.  Grease baking pan then add mixture to it.  Sprinkle sugar on top so that it bakes crisp.  Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
